What is the weight limit for the portage t-shirt?
Supports up to 7 kg, ideal for newborns and babies up to around 5 months, depending on their growth.
Is it really hands-free with the baby in the T-shirt?
Yes, you can. Our babywearing t-shirt is designed to offer secure support, allowing you to keep your hands free. However, it's important to always support your baby's head and neck, and we recommend keeping one hand close by for added security.
How do I choose the right size for my shirt?
See our size guide on the product page. Measure yourself and compare with our chart to ensure a perfect fit.
Will the fabric relax after several uses?
Our shirts are made from quality materials that maintain their elasticity and shape, even after repeated use.
How do I wash my babywearing T-shirt?
To preserve the quality of your T-shirt, wash it in a cold machine on a delicate cycle with similar colors. Avoid using bleach, and prefer to air-dry. Gentle ironing is possible if necessary. Following these care instructions will help maintain fabric integrity and wearer safety.
What materials are used for the T-shirt?
The T-shirt is made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
Do you offer customization options for your products?
At present, we do not offer direct personalization options for our products. However, we are pleased to announce that we will soon be introducing the possibility of adding cards with a personalized message to your orders.
This new feature will allow you to accompany your gifts with a special message for your loved ones.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure payments by credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We're also working on introducing payment in installments, which will be available soon, to offer you even more flexibility.
Why don't you accept PayPal?
While we like PayPal for our personal purchases, our experience as a business has been less favorable. PayPal can freeze funds for long periods for audits, and sometimes these funds are not returned. Many brands, faced with these same challenges, choose to part ways with PayPal. As a small brand, long processing times are not viable for us. We will be delighted to rejoin PayPal as soon as they improve their service for businesses. We think it's important to share this information with you, our customers, for full transparency.
How do you ensure the security of my personal and payment information?

In compliance with the RGPD, we ensure the confidentiality and security of your information, never sharing it with third parties. For your purchases, we employ the latest payment solutions, ensuring maximum protection for you and for us. So every transaction is secure, preserving your privacy and security at all times.
What should I do if a product I want is out of stock?
If the product you wish to order is out of stock, we offer you the possibility of being informed of its return to stock directly on the page of the product concerned. You can also choose to be notified by e-mail or SMS as soon as the product is back in stock.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, sales or Black Friday.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after I placed my order. What should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail following your order, start by checking the spam or junk mail folder in your mailbox. It's also important to confirm that the email address you entered when ordering is correct. Sometimes, a simple typing error can be the cause. Make sure you have completed the order process.
If, after these checks, the confirmation e-mail still cannot be found, please do not hesitate to contact us directly so that we can resolve the problem together.

What are the delivery times in France?
We deliver within 3 to 8 working days in France, so you can enjoy your purchase as quickly as possible.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free in France. For other countries, shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer delivery to many countries. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination.

How do I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Contact our customer service department to initiate the return process.
Can I change the size of my product?
Yes, size changes are possible. We are flexible on exchange times. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange tailored to your needs.
